She walked us through so many options and knew so much about the process in which the slabs were made, how they’re installed, how certain materials react with heat and certain foods’ acidity, etc. She even showed specific expertise in the design and layout of our kitchen and drew out our countertop layout and how they would install the countertops based on our specific orientation.
